Chairman

brings his decades of personal management experience from top companies (DEC, Microsoft, Softlab / BMW and Picker / GE) as well as the recipes for success from his consulting and coaching in national and international consulting projects, to the content, sales and positioning areas of sdp. He also continues to advise selected personalities from business and politics.

David M. Heimbring

CEO

brings his analytical skills, technological expertise, and systematic approach to the development and management of sdp He is a trained economist from the LMU Munich and has experience from international strategy projects at BayWa AG, The Linde Group and skills development GmbH.

He is responsible overall management and operational control of the company.

Dr. olaf-rüdiger hasse

CTO

began his professional career in the IT industry after studying physics, followed by a doctorate at the University of Essen.

Since 2015, he has been contributing his professional experience in various positions (most recently on the Management Board) at Mannesmann Datenverarbeitung, Cap Gemini (formerly sd&m AG) and Aareon AG as CTO in the technical design and product environment.
