For several years, a district office has been using the skills development platform – sdp – to support its cultural transformation and digitalization.

In addition, in view of the foreseeable shortage of skilled workers - also in public administration - and in times of digitalisation, a suitable solution should be used for practical, scalable further training for all employees.

Together with an accompanying program, costs for (external) conflict mediation were reduced, cooperation across divisions was improved and management processes were optimized.
