The missing link
Everyone agrees that digitization is changing the world in unprecedented ways and at incredible speed. This development is being driven by increasingly rapid technological innovations that are having a fundamental impact on the way we work and live. Networking and building powerful ecosystems to replace traditional structures is one of the most important aspects, and it is important to take advantage of the opportunities that digitalization offers. So while the majority is talking about technology, human soft skills such as building and maintaining trustworthy and sustainable relationships are becoming key factors for success in a digital world.
But how can these soft skills be developed - by finding the right balance between a person's individual personality and standardized methods or best practices? Gathering personal experience ("Life itself has always been the best teacher") seems to be the necessary approach, traditionally supported by individual coaching. But change is too fast for this approach, and it is not scalable for a broader audience - let alone finding capable coaches. That's why traditional approaches fail, even if they use state-of-the-art presentation techniques and mobilize everything that human-machine communication can offer today.
The sdp takes a fundamentally different approach. It is the missing link, translating deep soft-skill training experiences into a technical knowledge base by transferring that knowledge in a way that the trainee independently controls according to their personality and learning curve. And sdp delivers this through a universally-available cloud service that enables scalability and composition.
