At this point we would like to explain how we protect your data and what it means for you when you use our personalisable services. In order to guarantee the greatest possible protection of your privacy, it goes without saying that we comply with all legal regulations on the subject of data protection.
The use of the information offered on our website is possible without registration. If you send us a message via a contact form or by other means, we collect the data you provide. 4. Processing of personal data that you provide to us
When you contact us, we process the data you provide to process your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO (pre-contractual measures).
When you enter into a contract with us, we process the information you provide to us in order to identify and contact you as our customer and to provide and bill you for our services.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b DSGVO (performance of contract).
We also process the data collected within the framework of contracts to safeguard legitimate interests. These are: Assertion, enforcement and defence of legal claims as well as advertising (see also clause 5).
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter f DSGVO (protection of legitimate interests).
Furthermore, we also process this data to fulfil legal obligations to which we are subject. These are in particular the retention obligations according to commercial law and tax law and the duty to provide information to the tax authorities.

4.3 Use of the skills development platform (sdp)
If you are an sdp user, whether you yourself have concluded a contract with us for the use of sdp (see Section 4.2) or your employer/client provides you with access to sdp, we process the data that we collect when setting up the user account (name, contact data, user name, password) as well as the usage data that arises when using the content. The usage data includes information on the learning status, performance reviews and similar data.
The legal basis is in total Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO (contract fulfilment), insofar as you yourself are our customer.
Otherwise, the legal basis is, on the one hand, the consent given to our contractual partner pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a DSGVO to pass on the aforementioned data to us and to set up your user account. The person responsible for data processing within the meaning of the DSGVO is our customer when setting up the user account; we process your personal data only for our customer within the framework of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. We are responsible for the data that arise during the use of the dsp and in which our customer has no access, but only you as the user.
You can revoke your consent at any time. Consent is, however, a prerequisite for the use of sdp. After revoking your consent, you can no longer use your user account, as we will then have to delete your data.
We use your e-mail address to offer you our own similar goods or services. You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to basic tariffs.
